Statement:

While working on Bloodaxe, I gained privileged access to film on a Rivendell style nature sanctuary.

The location is filled with ornate, fantastical structures. The kind of which, short films don’t usually have access to. To gain entry to such an amazing place, is a one of a kind opportunity, and I have no intention of wasting it.

This will be my 19th script. Up until this point, I believe I have made evocative films, hopefully beautiful and striking, but not necessarily tearjerking. It’s difficult to make your audience glassy-eyed in the short film format.

This script is tender, it aspires to be moving, and I truly believe that it is. I’m very proud of how the project has come together so far, I’m incredibly excited about developing it further.
